Directions to Room 423 in the ILR Conference Center
Tip: The ILR Conference Center is the middle wing in a building with three wings in which not all the floors are connected. Imagine the building as a W, and stay headed to the middle top part of the W, rather than the top parts of either end. Ask people for help if you think you are lost.
If you enter the ILR Conference Center from Garden Avenue:

Make sure you enter the main middle door that says ILR Conference Center above it, instead of ILR Extension or ILR Research.
As you enter the building you will be on the 3rd floor facing a hallway intersection and the front desk area.
Turn left down the short hallway immediately in front of you rather than walking forward all the way to the front desk.
At the end of the hallway by room 329, take the stairs to your right up one flight to the 4th floor.
As you exit the stairwell, Room 423 is to your left.

If you enter the back of the ILR Conference Center through the upper courtyard that faces the Ives East Wing:

Make sure you enter the main middle door that says ILR Conference Center above it, instead of ILR Extension.
You will be on the 2nd floor, facing the entrance to a lounge area with tables.
Walk forward through the lounge area towards a projection screen.
Turn right at the projection screen/computer kiosks and walk down the hall a short distance.
Take the stairs (across from the Room 230 kitchen) up two flights.
As you exit the stairwell, Room 423 is to your left.
